 When James Ryan and I first met and started working together on Anitox’s management team, I immediately liked Jamie’s unassuming can-do attitude. It did not take long before I came to appreciate his managerial skills and broad contribution to the company. To mention a few: He revitalized the engineering department and improved its productivity. He spurred the (welcome) development of new liquid application systems with a greatly improved design and user interface that also were less costly to build, install, and service. He was instrumental for the successful development and introduction of a new product. Jamie’s people skills, energetic approach, and deep understanding of all aspects of sales made me cherish him as a sparring partner whenever I needed to review a challenge in sales / marketing. I would welcome an opportunity to, again, work closely with Jamie. 

 Jamie and I were together during our MBA programme at the University of Northampton. I am thankful to him that I got to learn many things from his 'executive level' vast esperiences prior to coming for MBA program. I experienced a great leadership quality and can-do attitude in Jamie. Above all, I found his people-skill to be exceptionally good.

Most important of all, Jamie co-founded BHAS (Bond, Help, Achieve and Succeed) Group - an MBA group formed in the year 2008 to support all University of Northampton MBA students. And because of his dedication through BHAS, many students including myself benefited in many ways.
